Make no mistake Paula Merlo at Vogue Brazil advocates local talent, and in the past three months alone we’ve encountered Brazilian singer Ivete Sangalo, trailblazing Brazilian model Valentina Sampaio and Brazilian television presenter Sabrina Sato as cover stars. It’s now Barbara Valente’s turn for March 2024. The model and rising star within the world of fashion who swept up at the Stella McCartney, Off-White and Balmain shows during PFW poses for photographer Lufré in the bold and graphic cover image. Styled by Rita Lazzarotti, the Brazilian beauty sports a look from Sabato De Sarno’s debut Spring 2024 Gucci collection.
