Why can’t I open the lock?

Please confirm whether the lock has the anti-lock function turned on. When the anti-lock function is turned on, the password, fingerprint and IC card cannot be unlocked.

How to set the orientation?

There are two tips: 1.Lock cylinder insert vertically. 2. Direction selection on the internal back panel. 2. Door opening direction select on TTLock APP.

Does the deadbolt auto lock?

Yes, You can set it on TTLock and customize the time of automatic lock as 5, 10, 15, 30 seconds or more.

Does it support anti-lock?

Yes, there is an anti-lock button. If you press it, you will hear “security lock door”. Only the administrator or mechanical key can unlock the door, which fully keeps your safety.

How to do if power runs out?

There is a micro USB can directly power the lock and activate the keyboard. Charging it via the ports under the lock.

Can I set a guest password？

Of course you can! You can also set permanent, one-time, custom passwords, all of which you can customize.

what is the reset password？

After press the reset button, and then add a neciovation passcode “000#”, the lock will restore factory settings
