Still sharp? It might be time to replace your blade. The Diamond Cut blade pattern minimizes the need for multiple cutting strokes by efficiently guiding the hair to feed seamlessly into the cutter. Made of the highest quality Black Diamond Carbon blade is rust and corrosion impermeable, self-sharpening, stays cooler and sharper longer. The Wide 41mm fixed blade is ideal for large surfaces, bulk trimming, and can be fully zero gapped for the closest cut and finish. “The One” bevel design moving blade cuts closer for the crunchiest, smoothest cutting with no pulling or snagging. This blade set is compatible with most StyleCraft and GAMMA+ trimmer models.

EASY INSTALLATION – To replace the blades simply unscrew the two screws on the back of the trimmer, gently remove the old blade, replace it with the new one, and reinstall the screws into the machine. Make sure blades are aligned properly before turning on the machine. Improper alignment may cause injury.

HOW TO CLEAN and CARE FOR YOUR BLADE – gently brush the blade with the maintenance kit brush to clear debris, spray blades with disinfectant (optional), and apply 2-3 drops of oil directly on the blade and wipe the clipper body clean with a dry cloth. Using the blade cover can help to avoid scratches and blade damage along with storage to help prolong the life of the blade. We recommend, depending on your daily use, to change your blades every 1 to 4 months for superior sharpness.

BLADE ALIGNMENT

To align your blades, make sure that the movable top blade does not extend over the fixed bottom blade. If not installed properly, it can snag or drag on the skin.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

We recommend regular cleaning with a blade or fade brush and a dry cloth to wipe away excess debris, or spray with a disinfectant high grade cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth, and add a few drops of barber blade oil along the bottom of the teeth, not lower near the screw area. Maintenance Kit not included. we recommend depending on your daily use, every 1 to 4 months for maximum performance

ACHIEVE ZERO GAP

When you have the front and back blades flush. To achieve this on clippers, make sure your lever is in the shortest up position and remove the screws. Place the blade teeth where they are touching while the upper blade is slightly further than the lower blade. Don’t tighten the screws to tightly, leave at medium tension so you can maneuver the blades. Once in position, finalize and tighten the screws.
